Mr. Goedée has been CEO since 2003 and a member of the Board of Directors since 2007. Mr. Goedée has 39 years of experience in shipping, drilling and heavy marine transport management including 8 years with Nedlloyd Lines and 12 years with Nedrill Drilling Contractors. He graduated from Rijnlands Lyceum, Wassenaar and Merchant Marine College, Scheveningen. He holds a degree as Master Mariner, served as Executive Vice President of the Heerema Group and prior to being appointed as CEO of Dockwise in 2003, he served as CEO of the European division of Vedior, a global staffing organization. Mr. Goedée is a Dutch citizen and resides in the Netherlands.

Martin Adler has served as CCO for Dockwise since May 2008. Since then he has been responsible for the Company's global sales and marketing activities in heavy marine transport, offshore transport & installation and onshore industrial projects. Prior to assuming his current role, Adler served as a Senior Vice President for the Shaw Group's (Stone & Webster) EMEA Sales and Marketing team. Other responsibilities have included Director positions at Fluor for the Europe, China, and Middle-East sales regions. Additionally, Mr. Adler has extensive operational and project management experience in both home office engineering and site construction across the Energy & Chemicals industries. Adler holds a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from Delft University of Technology and an International Master Business Administration (MBA) degree from Erasmus University, Rotterdam. Mr. Adler is a Dutch citizen and resides in the Netherlands.

Peter Wit joined Dockwise as CFO in 2009. He has a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Groningen University and a PhD (post doctorate) in Controlling from VU Amsterdam. Mr. Wit leads the Company's global Finance, Legal and Information Technology Departments. Before joining Dockwise, Mr. Wit was employed by Shell where he served as the Chief Operations Officer and Finance Manager of Shell's Asset Management Company and VP Finance for Shell's Solar business. He also worked as the Head of Finance for Shell's Albanian oil exploration venture. Peter Wit is a Dutch citizen and resides in the Netherlands.

Mr. Strijland was appointed as COO in March, 2008. Prior to this appointment, he was employed by Royal Wagenborg Group where he held the position of Director of Fleet Management. Mr. Strijland’s previous experience includes Senior Management positions with Hanson Aggregates (UK), Amsterdam Schipdock and ITC Towage & Salvage. Mr. Strijland studied Marine Engineering and Naval Architecture. Mr. Strijland is a Dutch citizen and lives in the Netherlands.
