Welcome to the Dockwise Ltd. website and thank you for visiting. Dockwise is dedicated to "Creating superior value by realizing the inconceivable." To ensure the company's sustainable growth of revenues and profit through economic and market cycles, the strategic vision of the Dockwise Ltd. group is focused on offering increasingly differentiated service packages based on clear directives for each operating company.
The Dockwise Ltd. group consists of four, global operating companies: Dockwise B.V., Dockwise Yacht Transport LLC, Offshore Kinematics Inc. and Ocean Dynamics LLC., which all provide specialty services primarily in the heavy marine transport and the oil and gas services industries.
Dockwise Ltd. is managed and supervised by a strong multinational one-tier Board of Directors. More information with respect to the individual members of the Board and the Executive Management can be found on this website in the Corporate Governance section. As the holding company, Dockwise Ltd. oversees compliance with the Group’s strictly monitored Corporate Governance policies. It is ensured that any applicable regulatory principle and policy is enforced by each of the operating companies, its management and employees.
The website represents state of the art design, of which we trust it is easy to use and accessible for its visitors. In our photo and video material, we try to capture the real thing as good as possible, but we realize this platform inevitably misses many dimensions and does no justice to the sizes and complexities of the real operations.
