Dockwise :: Remuneration Committee

The Remuneration Committee assists the Board in determining its responsibilities in relation to remuneration, including making recommendations to the Board on the remuneration of the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Commercial Officer, the Chief Operating Officer and the Chief Financial Officer of the Company and establishing guidelines for the remuneration of the other senior managers of the Company. The Remuneration Committee comprises Rutger van Slobbe (chairman) and Adri Baan.
